Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Purchases

• All formalwear and bridal is final sale.
• Other merchandise Return or Exchange must be made within 20 days of purchase, with original receipt. No returns after 20 days.
• All manufacturers’ size, style, and label tags, as well as price ticket, must be attached to merchandise upon return or exchange.
• All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in original condition.
• Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.
• Refunds will be issued as a credit store only.

We’re advising you carefully selecting your online purchases. All sales are final!

No refunds or returns are accepted. When available, size exchanges are allowed, with your shipping arrangements. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your online purchase, contact our store at 810-632-5610 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST Tuesday through Friday.

Layaway Policy

• Layaway is for a maximum of 30 days only.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for bridal, 20% deposit – for all other items. Deposit and payments will be forfeited if item(s) are not picked up within the 30-day period.
• Exchanges or refunds are not allowed on any layaway merchandise.
• Partial pickups are not allowed.
• Markdowns will not be applied on existing layaways.

Shipping availability and processing time vary depending on the item ordered. Dates are quoted as an estimate due to processing time, items ordered, the quantity, and shipping method chosen. The availability and processing time plus shipping method chosen equal the estimated delivery date. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We can ship internationally by phone order only. The shipping and tax rates are determined by the current cost. We do not ship to post office boxes.
